1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the AutoMiner mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Cloud Mining Service

2.1 Service Nature

• All cryptocurrency mining computations occur exclusively on remote cloud servers.
• The App only displays mining status and results.
• No mining processes run on user devices.
• Device resources (CPU, GPU, battery, network) are never used for mining.

2.2 Earnings Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency mining involves risks; profits cannot be guaranteed. Conduct research and only use funds you can afford to lose.
• Actual earnings vary based on:
  • Cryptocurrency market conditions
  • Cloud server availability
  • Network stability

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Plans

AutoMiner offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Mining Contract [$4.99–$199.99] per month.

3.3 Billing & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation.
• Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 How to Manage

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your [Apple ID] → Subscriptions
3. Select AutoMiner and modify

3.5 Free Trials (If Applicable)

• May offer limited-time free trials.
• Converts to paid subscription automatically if not canceled before trial ends.
• Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges.

3.6 Refund Policy

• All sales final except where required by law.
• Refund requests must go through Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/billing

By subscribing, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

4. License and Restrictions

4.1 Granted Rights

• Install the App on authorized devices.
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Actions

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
• Create derivative works or modified versions.
• Use the App for illegal activities.
• Share accounts or access credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Device Requirements

• Stable internet connection recommended.
• Jailbroken/rooted devices are unsupported.

5.2 Account Security

• Maintain login confidentiality.
• Immediately report unauthorized access.

6. Service Modifications

• Modify or discontinue services with notice.
• Adjust pricing or service terms.
• Terminate accounts for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
• Third-party service interruptions.

8. Termination

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity.

8.2 Upon Termination

• All licenses immediately cease.
• You must delete the App.
